“Zie Wat Helpt”
“Ruimte creëren waarin “de onderstroom” zichtbaar wordt en transformatie mogelijk.
Vanuit mijn persoonlijke ervaring weet ik hoe bepaalde systemische patronen kunnen doorwerken, zowel mentaal als fysiek. Met name de verborgen kracht en herhalingsdrang ervan.
Ik had het geluk dat ik in mijn eigen donkere verhaal enkele “lampen” ben tegengekomen. Zij gaven me licht, warmte en ook inzicht in mijn eigen schaduw.
Deze heilzame en ook soms confronterende spiegeling vind ik met name ook terug in het werken met opstellingen. Dat heeft me naast krijgskunst en meditatie echt geholpen in het transformeren van mijn eigen patronen en de kringloop van herhaling te doorbreken.
En dat wil ik graag doorgeven.

Ik was de afgelopen 25 jaar werkzaam als trainer, coach en docent in de reguliere gezondheidszorg en GGZ. Expertise in: Agressiepreventie en Duurzame inzetbaarheid.
